Welcome to the Swaim Ranch located north of Tilden Texas. The ranch has only been hunted very selectivly, seven to ten hunts per year, and is the closest we have seen to a 1:1 ratio. There are a large number of deer and superior genectics have been introduced into the herd along with excellent management. It is a great opportunity for a bowhunter to harvest a buck of a lifetime. The owners son is a degreed wildlife biologist and has been active in the management of this herd.

We plan to have a new video every month to show the progress of the deer.

The rate will be 175.00 per day three day min for Oct. $200.00 per day three day minimum for Nov, Dec, Jan. All hunts include lodging and the limits will be 1 buck 3 1/2 yrs or older, 1 doe unlimited hogs, 1 javalina and predators.

The hunters' camp will have a stove, refrigerator, coffee pot, pots and pans, silverware and dishes. Hunters will be required to bring linens or bed roll, towels and food. They will sleep ten.
